I will allow a grace period of 10 minutes for late arrivals. However, if you arrive later than that, your appointment will be cancelled and the FULL appointment cost will be charged to the credit card that was used for booking. 2. There is no requirement for you to wash your hair before your session. I will take care of nourishing your scalp completely, from the roots to the ends, before any treatment. 3. A deposit of $30.00 is necessary for ALL appointments. After your appt is booked, I will send my address via text. 4. For children UNDER 18, a parent or guardian is REQUIRED to remain with the client during their ENTIRE APPOINTMENT. I am not a babysitter, please respect my business. 5. Prohibited: use of profanity or smoking. 6. Do NOT BRING any extra PERSONS with you to your appt. My space is for clients ONLY. 6. Symptoms of an illness, such as frequent sneezing, coughing, and so on. If such is the case, you will be requested to reschedule. Upon request, masks are available. 7. Your remaining balance can be settled by CASH ONLY. Appointments cancelled WITHIN 48 HRS, OR No show appointments will be charged in full. Deposits can NOT be transfered. $15 Late fee is charged after 15 minutes late. after 30 minutes, Appointment will be cancelled & charged in full. No refunds are issued for appointments that are paid in full and are cancelled/no show including same day appts. Same dayAppointment will be charged the full amount of service. I charge a 100% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.
