In order to maintain an efficient schedule and provide each client with the utmost attention and care. 1. Kindly ensure punctuality. I will allow a grace period of 15 minutes for late arrivals. However, if you arrive later than that, your appointment will be cancelled and the FULL appointment cost will be charged to the credit card that was used for booking. 2. There is no requirement for you to wash your hair before your session. I will take care of nourishing your scalp completely, from the roots to the ends, before any treatment. 3. A deposit of $30.00 is necessary for ALL appointments. 4. No individuals, such as children or spouses, are allowed in my suite during your appointment. There is a waiting room where you can enjoy free wifi, and snacks. 5. Prohibited: use of profanity or smoking. 6. Symptoms of a illness, such as frequent sneezing, coughing, and so on. If such is the case, you will be requested to reschedule. Upon request, masks are available. 7. Your remaining balance can be settled by CASH ONLY. Appointments cancelled WITHIN 24 HRS, OR No show appointments will be charged in full. Deposit can NOT be transfered. $15 Late fee is charged after 15 minutes late. after 30 minutes, Appointment will be cancelled & charged in full. 3 No call No shows will result in client not being able to book No refunds are issued for appointments that are paid in full and are cancelled/no show including same day appts. I charge a 100% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.
